A CLUSTERFUNKE CHRISTMAS - CHEYENNE JACKSON and VELLA LOVELL INTERVIEW

Ho, ho, ho the holiday movies are upon us ! Cue the dramatic holiday music and the mistletoe as it is going to be “A Clüsterfünke Christmas”!

Cheyenne Jackson & Vella Lovell star in Comedy Central’s film parody of the Holiday TV Romance you know and love. From SNL’s Rachel Dratch and Ana Gasteyer…this movie is filled with fun and laughs.

A Clüsterfünke Christmas is a celebratory parody of the traditional TV holiday romance that follows Holly (Lovell), a go-getter real estate exec from New York City who heads to a small town to buy the quaint Clüsterfünke Inn and transform it into a mega-resort. First, she must convince the inn’s spinster owners (Gasteyer and Dratch) to make the sale. But before she can, she meets their nephew Frank (Jackson), a hot hunk of smoldering woodsman. Will she go back to her fast-paced city life, or will she fall in love with Frank and find the spirit of Christmas? What will she do? A Clüsterfünke Christmas is a festive cocktail of holiday movie tropes, dripping with sappy syrup and a twist of sexy lumberjack.

Cheyenne Jackson is a Grammy Award-nominated actor, singer and songwriter, who most recently was seen starring in the four-part LGBTQ+ docuseries Equal, the Saved by the Bell reboot and Kenny Ortega’s hit series, Julie and the Phantoms, for which he recently received an Emmy nomination. Most recently, he was seen playing “Max” on the comedy series, Call Me Kat alongside Mayim Bialik.

Vella Lovell currently stars alongside Ted Danson and Holly Hunter in the Tina Fey produced comedy series Mr. Mayor on NBC. Vella earned a 2021 HCA TV Award Nomination for her season one performance as Mikaela Shaw, the Chief of Staff to newly elected Mayor of Los Angeles (Ted Danson). Prior to this, Vella is best known for her series regular role as sarcastic voice of reason Heather Davis on all four seasons of CW’s Crazy Ex-Girlfriend.
