Most people are in some way familiar with the infamous paintings of young children with the big black eyes, but many do not know the true story behind those paintings. Director Tim Burton wanted to shed some light on that subject and brings us, Big Eyes starring Amy Adams and Christoph Waltz.

Based on the incredible true story, Waltz plays Walter Keane an "artist" whose portraits of  the saucer-eyed waifs made him a popular artist in the 1950s, but what no one knew is that it was his wife, Margaret (Amy Adams), who was the real genius behind the paintbrush.

I spoke with Amy Adams, Christoph Waltz, co-stars Krysten Ritter, Jason Schwartzman, Danny Huston and director Tim Burton in New York about this amazing story  and what it was like to work on the film.
