Celebrate the Holiday Season with Nickelodeon’s Hit Preschool Series Blue’s Clues & You!
Josh, Blue and the rest of the crew are spreading Holiday Cheer with a brand-new festive episode guest starring former Blue’s Clues hosts, Steve Burns and Donovan Patton!!

Nickelodeon will spread holiday cheer with a festive new episode of Blue’s Clues &You!, “Blue’s Night Before Christmas,” premiering Friday, Dec. 4, at 11 a.m. (ET/PT) and featuring Josh’s (Josh Dela Cruz) cousins and former Blue’s Clues hosts Steve (Steve Burns) and Joe (Donovan Patton). In the episode, written and directed by Burns, Josh and Blue play Blue’s Clues to figure out what Blue wants for Christmas, decorate with Steve, help Joe wrap presents, and celebrate a night full of holiday traditions.

Preschoolers can join in on more clue-finding fun this holiday season with the brand-new Amazon Alexa skill, Blue’s Clues & You! Listen and Play. Available now on Amazon Alexa-enabled devices, the skill lets fans listen and play along to ten different storylines, interacting with Josh, Blue, Magenta, Tickety Tock and more. Preschoolers will use their imaginations and practice skills like listening and critical thinking while helping Josh figure out Blue’s Clues. Parents can enable the skill by saying, “Alexa, open Blue’s Clues.”

Raised in New Jersey, Josh Dela Cruz was inspired to become an actor after watching the original Blue's Clues series. Josh appeared in Disney's Broadway production of Aladdin, and on television in CBS' Bull, and ABC's Time after Time. 

Donovan Patton took over as host of the groundbreaking, curriculum-driven interactive series Blue’s Clues in 2002, playing Joe, which earned him a Daytime Emmy-nomination. Following Blue's Clues, Patton lent his voice to the role of Bot on Nickelodeon's hit preschool show Team Umizoomi and voiced multiple characters in Cartoon Network's Clarence, Pixar's Monsters University and more. Patton has also appeared in independent films and various television shows, as well as plays including productions of Our Town and Death of a Salesman.
