BOO2! A Madea Halloween - Tyler Perry Interview

He ... or should I say "she's back!!!!!  Tyler Perry puts on a wig, dress and make-up to bring Madea, his larger than life alter ego back to the big screen. 

Since 1999 Perry has portrayed Madea in a total of 11 plays and 10 films, and the last film, ‘Boo! A Madea Halloween’ grossed over 73 million dollars. In fact, the Madea franchise has grossed approximately 532 Million dollars and that's nothing to laugh at! 

This week, Tyler Perry’s Boo 2! A Madea Halloween hits theatres and Madea is back to her old tricks. Brian’s (Perry) daughter Tiffany wants to go to a party out in the woods, and Brian does not want to let her. Her mom lets her go, and things are haunted out there.  Things get a little crazy when Madea and her friends Joe, (who Perry also plays) Bam, and Hattie venture to the haunted campground and the group must run for their lives when monsters, goblins, and the boogeyman are unleashed.

I caught up with Tyler Perry in Los Angeles to chat about Boo2!, his Halloween memories and what it is that really scares him?  Check out our interview below.
