CLOSE ENOUGH - J.G. QUINTEL TALKS SEASON 2
/JG Quintel ( The Regular Show) is back with the second season of his new adult animation series, Close Enough.
One of the most popular animated series of the past decade featured a talking blue jay, his racoon friend, an immortal yeti and their hot-tempered gumball machine boss. The hilariously surreal and groundbreaking series The Regular Show amassed a huge following among both kids and adults as well as an Emmy Award for Outstanding Animated Program.
Now, JG Quintel -- the creator and voice star of The Regular Show – is back with the second season of his new adult animation series Close Enough, which returns February 25 on HBO Max.
Close Enough tells the story of married couple Josh and Emily, their five-year-old daughter, and their divorced best friends all living together on the east-side of Los Angeles. In the new season, Josh, Emily and the gang continue to navigate adulthood while contending with haunted couches, bulbous horses, time-travelling whiskeys, and a literal houseguest from hell -- all in their very own apartment. Guest stars include Cheri Oteri, David Koechner, Wendie Malick, and Michaela Watkins.
