HELSTROM - TOM AUSTEN and SYDNEY LEMMON INTERVIEW

Helstrom, the much anticipated Horror Series based on the Marvel Comic is upon us and hold onto your hats because it is pretty darn scary!

Based on the Son of Satan comics, the chilling series centers on Daimon (The Royals' Tom Austen) and Ana (Succession's Sydney Lemmon) Helstrom, the offspring of a serial-killing demon. As youngsters, their father’s devilish disposition destroyed the family, leaving them emotionally scarred. Now grown, the estranged siblings use their inherited powers to fight evil in different ways: Daimon performs exorcisms in Portland, while his icy San Francisco-based sister hunts wicked men like her dad. The supernatural siblings track down the worst of humanity, each with their own attitude and skills. The Marvel Television production also stars Elizabeth Marvel, Robert Wisdom, Ariana Guerra, June Carryl and Alain Uy.

Tom Austen is an English actor, known for his television appearances portraying Jasper Frost on The Royals and Guy Hopkins on Grantchester.

Sydney Lemmon is an American actress. She has appeared in the HBO Emmy Award winning series Succession and has earned a Saturn Award nomination for her role as Isabelle in season 5 of Fear the Walking Dead. 

I spoke with both Tom and Sydney about the series and the challenges of playing these supernatural-siblings!
