Johnny Depp and Paul Bettany get silly in "Mortdecai"

Johnny Depp loves working with Paul Bettany. The two have acted together in Transcendence and The Tourist but have never been in a comedy together, until now. Mortdecai not only teams them up but allowed the actors to be completely and utterly silly in their roles.  Based on the novel "Don't Point That Thing at Me," by Kyril Bonfiglioli Depp plays a British charasmatic debonair art dealer Charlie Mortdecai who along with his manservant and best buddy Jock Strapp (yes that's REALLY the character's name) played by Paul Bettany, travel the world searching for a stolen painting said to contain the code to a lost bank account filled with Nazi gold.

Depp and Bettany had way to much fun making the film constantly cracking each other up take after take. The film also stars Ewan McGregor, Gwyneth Paltrow and Olivia Munn.

I had the opportunity to not only attend the World Premiere of Mortdecai in London, England but also sit down with Johnny Depp and Paul Bettany to chat about the film.  Here is the interview. Enjoy!!
