Keanu Reeves gets his revenge in "John Wick"

Keanu Reeves as, John Wick

Keanu Reeves as, John Wick

Never mess with a man's car and especially not his dog! That is what sets off the non stop action in Keanu Reeves' latest film, John Wick.  Reeves plays a former hitman who comes out of retirement to go after the group of thugs  who happen to be related to his former employer. The film is so action packed that you completely get drawn into the revenge plot and are completely rooting for the star and his motive  to go after these thugs.  John Wick was directed by a duo of pulp action filmmakers and it's safe to say these guys know what they are doing..  Chad Staheski was the stuntman who doubled for Keanu on "The Matrix," and since then, he's done "The Replacements," both "Matrix" sequels, "Thumbsucker," "Constantine," and "Man Of Tai Chi" with Reeves, and they've developed a strong collaborative relationship. David Leitch, who co-directed the film with Stahelski, has worked on dozens of movies with him in the stunt department. They've both worked as second-unit actual unit directors on films like "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire," "Escape Plan," "Safe," "The Wolverine," Parker," "Ninja Assassin," and the upcoming "Jurassic World."   I spoke with Keanu Reeves and his bad guy co-stars Alfie Allen (Game of Thrones) and Michael Nyqvist in New York about working on the film and getting through those amazing action scenes.  John Wick opens in theatres on October 24th.
