LAID - A NEW SERIES FROM NANATCHKA KHAN AND SALLY BRADFORD MCKENNA

Canada - get ready for a rollercoaster of a ride with the new series, LAID.

Laid is an American romantic comedy television series developed by Nahnatchka Khan and Sally Bradford McKenna. It is based on the Australian television series of the same name.

The show stars Stephaine Hsu as Ruby, a thirty-something single woman, is discovering that some of the people she has had sexual relationship with are dying. Her best friend, AJ, helps Ruby to recall her sex timeline and helps her warn past relationships of impending danger.

"Laid" is a crazy rom-com where the answer to "why can't I find love, is there something wrong with me?" is a resounding "Yes. There is. The problem is definitely you."

Starring along side Stephanie are, Zosia Mamet as AJ, Ruby's best friend and roommate, Michael Angarano as Richie, one of the people Ruby slept with and her ex of 3 years and Tommy Martinez as Isaac, a client who hires Ruby to plan his parents' 40th anniversary party with whom Ruby shares a connection.

Laid, Season 1 premieres Monday, March 24 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on W Network and available to stream on STACKTV.

I spoke with series creator NANATCHKA KHAN and Showrunner SALLY BRADFORD MCKENNA about the series.
