MARCUS SCRIBNER ON THE FINAL SEASON OF GROWNISH
/The Students of Cal U are back for the sixth and final Season of Freeform’s Hit Series - grown-ish.
The sixth and final season of “grown-ish” follows Andre Johnson Jr., aka Junior (Scribner), as he transitions from Zoey’s little brother to big man on campus.
In the premiere episode titled “Shoot My Shot,” The crew hits up a music festival before parting ways for the summer. After lunch with his dad, Andre suffers from “analysis paralysis” about choosing a major, his relationship with Annika, and his plans for the upcoming school year.
The series stars Marcus Scribner, Trevor Jackson, Diggy Simmons, Daniella Perkins, Justine Skye, Tara Raani and Yara Shahidi.
Marcus Scribner is a multi-hyphenated next-gen actor and producer. He’s best known for his first series regular role on ABC's groundbreaking hit comedy series "Black-ish” starring as ‘Andre Jr.’ opposite Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross – a role he landed at only 13-years-old. Last year, Marcus added leading man to his resume when he went on to star in Freeform’s most popular spin-off comedy series, “grown-ish” following Yara Shahidi’s graduation from the series.
Season 6 Premieres Wednesday, June 28th at 10pm ET/PT On Freeform and Available Next Day on Hulu
