Paul “The Big Show” Wight has more than wrestling on his mind. He’s starring in his own family sitcom and is having the time of his life.

Former WWE Superstar The Big Show is out of the ring and ready for an even tougher challenge – raising three daughters with his wife in Netflix’s original new family series The Big Show Show streaming now,

When his teenage daughter comes to live with him, his wife and two other daughters, Paul “The Big Show” Wight quickly becomes outnumbered and outsmarted. Despite being 7 feet tall and weighing 400 pounds, he is no longer the center of attention in his own house.

Paul says doing this show was one of the greatest joys of his life, but admits he was pretty anxious about it, “I was nervous because we put so much heart into this,” he said. “From my own personal journey, [co-stars] Allison [Munn] and the girls saw me every night to thank our live audience before the show and after. Almost after every taping I was almost in tears thanking everyone who filled a seat to watch the taping. It meant a lot to me.

During his two decades-plus in the ring, The Big Show was a monstrous threat to anyone who crossed his path. With accolades that stretch as far as his gigantic reach, Big Show was one of the most decorated and feared Superstars to ever step foot inside the squared circle. In the new feel-good comedy The Big Show Show, viewers will see a softer side of the gentle giant as he contends with the everyday challenges that go along with raising three daughters and maintaining a happy marriage.

I spoke with Paul WIght via satellite from Miami about working on this show, what i haas meant to him and how much this cast felt like a real family.
