XO KITTY - IT'S A NEW SEASON AND WE CATCH UP WITH THE CAST
/There’s more drama in South Korea for Kitty and her friends on Season 2 of the hit Netflix series, XO,Kitty.
XO, Kitty follows the loveable Katherine Song Covey, a.k.a. Kitty, a fan-favorite from the To All The Boys I’ve Loved movies, after she gets the same scholarship her late mom received in her teenage years and enrolls in an international high school in South Korea. "Grab your helmets, kids, this is gonna be a wild ride," leading lady Anna Cathcart posted on Instagram when the series was first announced.
Season 1 followed Kitty as she made her way to Seoul to reunite with her long-distance boyfriend Dae (played by Choi Minyeong), and what followed was indeed a rollercoaster, with all its ups and downs and romantic spins.
Season 2 kicks off with plenty of drama and it’s a season filled with self discovery, not only for Kitty but for her friends as well. Kitty 2.0, is determined to hit the books, and finally discover who [her] mom really was. But that doesn't mean she is swearing herself off of love — she wants to “try dating girls” but isn't completely over Yuri and is in a complicated gray area with Min Ho. Luckily, a “friendly face from home” arrives in Seoul to ground her: none other than Peter Kavinsky, played by TATBILB fave Noah Centineo.
Fans of the series will be delighted with where Season 2 takes them and fingers crossed we will get more exciting adventures from this cast if the series is renewed for Season 3.
