QUEER EYE SEASON 9 -CATCHING UP WITH THE FAB FIVE
/The Fab Five are back - with one new addition to the team who can’t seem to stop from crying!
Season 9 of the hit Netflix series, Queer Eye is now streaming and this season is more emotional than ever! This time around the guys settle in Las Vegas, looking to make big things happen for a handful of heroes living in Sin City.
Not only do the heroes get their fabulous life-changing makeovers, but the series got a little makeover of its own. Interior designer Jeremiah Brent is joining the cast alongside original hosts Jonathan Van Ness, Karamo Brown, Antoni Porowski, and Tan France. But their mission remains the same: transforming the lives of everyday people from the inside out.
The group assist a fresh crop of heroes with their fine-tuned expertise in style, grooming, interior design, culture, and food and drink. As we all know well by now, everybody who comes across the Fab Five leaves with lessons that they’ll take with them everywhere — guess what happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay in Vegas after all. Make sure you have a box of kleenex for EACH episode!
While everything looks so fab for the group, it’s not always smooth sailing for this group of co-workers and friends. Jonathan Van Ness ( or JVN ) the beauty stylist of the group admits that it was a touh year and posted a heartfelt message on instagram.
“Season 9 holds a special place in my heart. I have never needed to be around community who could love and hold space for me during such a rough time more than I did this season. When we started shooting s9 I had been through the worst year of my life. Personal loss, health scares, business upheaval, and then… March. Our castmates and crew helped me through so much and I came out with so much healing. These friendships mean so much to me and so do all of you who have supported me since day one. And these heroes in Vegas have such such big personalities and open hearts which made my healing process so much easier. I can’t wait for you to meet them & I can’t wait for you to meet Jeremiah who brought so much love to Queer Eye 🫶. Love you and hope you love s9 of Queer Eye. Now streaming on Netflix. ❤️”
