SETTLERS - FILMMAKER WYATT ROCKEFELLER EXPLORES LIFE ON MARS

Living on Mars and survival of the fittest is the theme of the new Sci-Fi thriller, Settlers.

In Wyatt Rockefeller’s directorial debut Settlers, Jonny Lee Miller, Sofia Boutella and Brooklynn Prince play a family living on a farm on Mars, the planet’s only inhabitants…… or are they?

Their escape from earth seems to be going ahead without a hitch as they appear peaceful, raising their pigs, creating water, growing what food the need and living a seemingly normal life. However, soon their paradise. threatened when proof of other life existing nearby destroys their security.

A man (Ismael Cruz Cordova) appears and he is out for revenge and soon threatens any sense of normalcy this family once had.

Settlers, takes us on an interesting journey that feels a bit like a sci-fi Western and makes us think are we ever really alone?

I spoke with New York-born, London-based Wyatt Rockefeller about his hard hitting first feature.
